The design itself does not have to be an exact copy of an original Tiffany Studios lamp. Some Tiffany style lamps reproduce or interpret historic Tiffany designs, while others use the same traditional techniques to create entirely different designs.

That is why you may see names such as Mission, Craftsman, Arts and Crafts, Victorian, Baroque, or Roman within Tiffany style lighting.
